Ontario Ministry of Labour PSR Requirements

The Ministry of Labour requires a Pre-Start Safety Review (PSR) for all pallet racking.  This is a P. Eng. stamped report certifying that you’re racking is safe.

The law applies to all existing, new or modified pallet racking.  It is a mandated requirement of the Ministry of Labour Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Rackman offers P.Eng stamped certification for racking both existing and additional, whether we supplied it or not. Cost is determined by the size of the racking system.
